Return Policy

Swirlgear apparel may be returned for any reason WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SHIP DATE. The apparel Must be UNWORN and UNWASHED.

If you would like to return merchandise purchased at an approved Retail Store, the same policy. 

If you think the Swirlgear clothing have a material or manufacturing flaw or is defective, we will accept your return as long as the merchandise was manufactured less than 6 months ago.

• Tags placed inside of Swirlgear apparel display the manufacturing date. Apparel that was manufactured more than 6 months ago will be returned without inspection.
• For apparel and gear, the tags do not show the manufacturing date. We may deny your return if we research your product and determine that it was manufactured more than 6 months ago.

Some Swirlgear products feature a limited warranty. Check the documentation that came with your original purchase for more information.
